We are Melanie and Nora Desley, sisters and the founders of Menordes.

We created Menordes with one simple belief: women should never have to choose between clothing that looks beautiful and clothing that feels comfortable throughout the day.

We wanted to offer a more thoughtful way to shop. One where clothing works with your body, moves naturally through your day and still feels feminine and beautifully put together. Your clothes should fit you, not the other way around.

Each of us brings a different perspective to Menordes. Melanie looks at the colour, shape and overall appearance of a style. Nora considers how the fabric feels, how comfortably it moves and whether it is something you will genuinely enjoy wearing again.

Together, we carefully select styles that feel right for real life. Clothing you can wear to lunch, on holiday, during a family celebration or simply on a day when you want to feel comfortable and well dressed.

Menordes is not about changing who you are or following every new trend. It is about finding clothing that suits your body, your life and your personal style as they are today.
