At MENORDES. we do our best to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. Below, we clearly explain our return policy.

1. How We Operate
MENORDES operates using a direct-from-supplier fulfillment model.
To reduce waste and minimize our environmental impact, we do not maintain large inventory stocks. Products that are not available in our own inventory are shipped directly from our supplier located in China.
As a result, returned items must also be sent to our supplier's designated return address in China.
2. Return Request Period
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item by contacting us at info@menordes.com
- A return request can only be submitted after you have physically received the item.
- When submitting a return request, please always include your order number and a valid reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with our supplier's return address.
3. Return Conditions
- A valid reason for the return is always required.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
- Trying on an item is permitted; wearing it is not.
- Sale items cannot be returned without a valid reason.
- Intentionally ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
- Certain products are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons, including underwear, swimwear, and jewelry, unless they remain unopened and unused.
4. Return Costs and Procedure
- Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees and any applicable customs charges.
- Returned items must be sent to our supplier's return address in China.
- Customers are responsible for arranging shipment, paying all associated costs, and tracking the return package.
- We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking information. Without proof of shipment, we cannot process a return.
5. Customer-Friendly Alternative Solutions
As international returns can be expensive and time-consuming, we are happy to work with customers to find a reasonable alternative solution, such as a partial refund, store credit, or discount.
Any such arrangement will be agreed upon by email on a case-by-case basis.

6. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If there is an issue with your order, such as the size, fit, condition, or quality of the item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
Your email must include:

A detailed description of the problem
Without photographs and a description, we may be unable to assess your claim and process a return or refund request.
Once we receive the required information, we will work to find an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
7. Refunds
Refunds can only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected at the return address in China.
Once approved, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and entered into processing.
Refunds or chargebacks may not be initiated before the item has been delivered and received.
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us first at info@menordes.com before opening a chargeback or refund request with your payment provider.
9. Liability
- We are not responsible for lost packages where tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
- Providing the correct shipping address is the customer's responsibility.
- Any address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting info@menordes.com
