Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods, public holidays, or due to customs procedures.
3. Shipping Method and Origin
To reduce waste and minimize CO₂ emissions, we ship directly from our supplier in China.
As a result, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and depend on the weight of the order, destination, and selected shipping method.
5. Tracking Your Shipment – Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information through our website and the tracking link provided by email.
- Customers are responsible for checking whether the package will be delivered to their address or redirected to a collection point and, where applicable, collecting the package in a timely manner.

6. Shipping Responsibility
- If the tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
