By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately describe our products and provide up-to-date information.

Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Typographical errors, pricing errors, and inaccuracies may occasionally occur. No rights may be derived from such errors.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.

Available payment methods may vary by country. Customers are responsible for verifying which payment methods are available in their location.

4. Processing and Delivery

• Processing time (dispatch): 1 to 3 business days.

• Shipping time after dispatch: 1 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

• Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China; customs duties and import charges may apply.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays caused by high demand, public holidays, customs procedures, or other circumstances do not entitle customers to cancellation or compensation.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Return Policy for all return conditions.

Order cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed, and refunds or chargebacks may not be initiated before the item has been delivered and received.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipment if tracking information confirms that the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

In all cases, our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, photographs, logos, graphics, and website design, is the property of MENORDES and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise used without prior written permission.

8. Complaints Procedure

Complaints may be submitted in writing via info@menordes.com.

We aim to respond within five business days.

For complaints regarding size, fit, quality, or condition, customers should include clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where MENORDES is established, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
